StatIQ is sports analytics software. We publish projections and a public record of our own model’s picks. We are not a sportsbook, we never place bets, we hold no money, and we do not sell picks or guarantee profit. Everything on this site is research, not advice.

Who and what we are

StatIQ Sports LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company. StatIQ is an information, research, and analytics service. It does not accept, place, broker, or settle wagers; holds no customer funds; awards no prizes; is not a sportsbook, exchange, or gambling operator; and is not affiliated with, and receives no compensation from, any sportsbook or prediction market, including any we link to. All bet tracking on StatIQ is simulated — units only, no real money.

Sports wagering is not currently legal in Oklahoma, and it is not legal everywhere. Nothing on StatIQ is an invitation to break the law where you live.

What StatIQ is — and isn’t

• Paper bets only. The bets you track here are recorded in units. No real money changes hands on StatIQ. We do not accept wagers and we hold no customer funds.
• We never place a bet for you. If we link out to a sportsbook or to Kalshi, it opens their site, where you review and confirm anything you do.
• No profit claims. No guarantees. Our projections are estimates and they will be wrong regularly. Our public record shows the losses precisely because we won’t pretend otherwise. Past results do not predict future results.
• We are not a tipster service and we don’t sell picks.
• Nothing here is financial, investment, or legal advice.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you intend to place any real-money wager, you must additionally be of legal wagering age in your own jurisdiction — 21 in most US states — and wagering must be legal there. Complying with the law where you live is your responsibility, not ours. StatIQ accepts no wagers of any kind.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. Give us accurate information. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Subscriptions and billing

• StatIQ is free right now. If and when we begin charging, we will email you before your first charge — we will never quietly start billing a card.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time, from Settings, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; you keep access until then.
• Founder pricing is locked for as long as you stay continuously subscribed — including after we raise the price for everyone else. If you cancel, the founder price is gone.
• Price changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they take effect.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, but if something has clearly gone wrong, email us — we’d rather sort it out than argue about it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Linking a Kalshi account

Linking Kalshi is optional. If you do, we accept a read-only API key and nothing else — we ask Kalshi what your key can do and refuse it if it can trade or move money. We use it solely to read your executed trades so your record is verified rather than self-reported. We will never place, cancel, or modify a trade, and the key we accept is technically incapable of it. Disconnecting deletes the key immediately. Your relationship with Kalshi is governed by Kalshi’s terms, not ours.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from StatIQ, or resell or redistribute our data;
• Access the service by automated means without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer the site, or try to break, overload, or circumvent its security;
• Use StatIQ to promote a tipster service, sell picks, or spam other users;
• Impersonate anyone, or post another person’s private information.

Our projections, model, record, code, and content belong to us. Your own logged bets belong to you. Odds and statistics displayed here are licensed from third-party data providers; your right to use them is limited to viewing them on StatIQ for your personal use — you may not redistribute them, and we may have to change or remove a data source at any time.

Third parties

We link to sportsbooks and to Kalshi for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. We take no money from sportsbooks — no affiliate fees, no revenue share — so we earn nothing whether you win or lose. Odds and stats come from third-party data sources and can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. Always confirm the actual price at the book before you bet anything.

Disclaimer and liability

StatIQ is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that projections are accurate, that odds are current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, StatIQ Sports LLC is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, if you haven’t paid us anything, is zero).

Gamble responsibly

Betting carries real risk and most people lose money over time. Never bet money you can’t afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other users at risk. If we close your account without cause, we’ll refund any unused portion of a prepaid subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use StatIQ after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except as stated below, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

Two exceptions, on purpose. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court in the county where you live. And nothing here overrides a mandatory consumer-protection law of your home state that cannot be waived — where such a law applies, it applies.

Disputes: arbitration, and how to opt out

Before anything else, just tell us. If you have a problem, email support@statiqsports.com and give us 60 days to fix it. Most things end there.

If we still can’t resolve it, disputes will be settled by individual, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (and its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules where they apply), rather than in court. You and StatIQ each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Small-claims cases are excluded (see above), and either party may seek an injunction in court to stop scraping, IP misuse, or a security breach.

You can opt out of arbitration. Email support@statiqsports.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of creating your account. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your account — we will not treat you differently for it.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
