Who we are

StatIQ Sports LLC (“StatIQ”, “we”) operates statiqsports.com. Contact us at support@statiqsports.com.

What we collect

What we don’t collect or do

Your Kalshi connection

If you link a Kalshi account so your record is verified rather than self-reported, this is exactly what happens:

What lives only on your device

Your favorite players, display preferences (units vs dollars), book selection, and simple/advanced mode are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never reach our servers.

What’s public

If you enable it, your username and paper record can appear on the community leaderboard and on your public profile page. This is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings. Your email is never public.

Who we share it with

We use these providers to run the service. We share only what each one needs:

Sports data (odds, scores, game logs) comes from third-party sources. We send no personal information to any of them. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — including your entire betting record — by emailing support@statiqsports.com. We’ll act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal data; we may keep anonymized, non-identifying records (for example, aggregate model accuracy) that cannot be traced back to you.

If you’re in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of — but the other rights apply and the email above is how you use them.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. Error logs are kept only as long as they’re useful for fixing bugs.

Age

StatIQ is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

If there’s ever a breach

We hold your data on Supabase, Render, and Vercel, with secrets encrypted at rest and no plaintext credentials anywhere in our systems. If personal information is ever exposed, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, and notify the Oklahoma Attorney General within the time the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
